We realize special fasteners
All our products are cold pressed from wire, customized for each customer, according to the project drawings or the samples provided and using the most proper raw material according to the final use.
Raw materials are usually: iron, copper, brass, stainless-steel and aluminium.
Thermal and galvanic treatments are also carried out after production, depending on the final use.
Thermal treatments vary from heating to cementation.
Surface treatments can be: zinc-nickel, zinc plating, nickel plating, brass plating, bronze plating and burnishing, as well as the protective treatments required in the automotive sector.
Driven by the aim to satisfy a steadily increasingly demanding market, thanks to the collaboration with leading companies in the field, we are carrying out studies aimed to introduce innovative raw materials and treatments.

Cold pressing
It all starts from a thread.
Our company stands among the leaders in the production of "Special Fasteners", realized in special variations according to the customer's drawing. It is made from wire out of low carbon steel (40%), tempered steel (20-30%), stainless steel (10-15%), aluminium, brass and copper (10-15% overall).
Thanks to the large company machine fleet we can supply products in various sizes: screws from M4 to M12, rivets from ø 2 to ø 16, pins from ø 2 to ø 12, studs from M4 to M10, spacers and bushings from ø 5 to ø 12 and, finally, hexagonal keys from CH 2 to CH 6.
